"The Symphony Group have been dealing with LDD for at least 7 years, with myself being involved to varying degrees for the majority of that period.
Over this period our utilisation of LDD has grown from just a consumables supplier to cover desktop refresh projects; laptop refresh projects; server refresh projects; hard wired and wireless networking consulting, installation and support; stock control of the Company's consumable stores; as well as supplying various printers, scanners, hand held devices and such like.
We have always found LDD to be courteous and competent in their conduct, technically sound and their work completed to a high degree of professionalism.
Queries, pricing requests and orders are all normally processed the same day, which suits me as I am very impatient and do not enjoy projects being held up by supplier delays.
Obviously, over this 7+ year period, there have been a few problems. The way I judge service providers is how they cope with these issues when they arrive: "You are only as good as the way you dealt with your last fault". I have not found LDD wanting in this area. They have progressed all concerns speedily with empathy and diligence; and most important, communicating from the highest level their progress in resolving the issues.
I am very satisfied with LDD and have recommend them to several of my colleagues. I would not do this if they didn't have my full confidence. I would certainly recommend them to you.
